Olta Andoni is a New York-admitted attorney and academic with a vast experience in International Intellectual Property Law and Financial Market Compliance. She graduated in 2009 from Chicago, Kent- College of Law with an LL.M. in International Intellectual Property Law to pursue later with a Certificate in Financial Market Compliance from Chicago-Kent, College of Law. She graduated with an LL.B. from University of Tirana School of Law. Olta’s practice focuses on IP Law, Business, Financial Services including insider trading, investigations, cybersecurity, money laundering, and technology Industries with a breadth of knowledge on Blockchain and Cryptocurrency Laws across multiple jurisdictions internationally.
