Cindy Tsai is an accomplished attorney with a decade of litigation experience, handling both state and federal matters. She has secured millions of dollars for her clients in jury verdicts and settlements.
At Ziliak Law, Cindy focuses on helping clients build their businesses from the ground up. Prior to pursuing a career in law, Cindy worked in the advertising industry. She also has an M.B.A with a concentration in Human Resource Management. Her business-oriented approach to legal matters gives her clients a competitive edge over their competition.
In addition, Cindy provides consultation on the challenges of developing a business in a global economy and has developed a particular interest in the Asian market.
During law school, Cindy served as Executive Editor of the Loyola University Chicago Law Journal, and represented the school in the regional and national Thomas Tang Moot Court Competition. She also served as an officer of the school’s chapter of Phi Delta Phi and the Asian Pacific American Law School Association (APALSA), and was an active member of the Public Interest Law Society. At graduation, Cindy was recognized for her leadership and service during her time as a student at the law school.
Cindy is still involved with the law school and regularly volunteers her time mentoring law students, judging moot court competitions, and participating in networking events. In 2015, she received the Alumni Award for Excellence from APALSA.
