Ashley Pendleton

Ashley Pendleton is a Senior Associate who works in the Litigation, Entertainment & Media, and Intellectual Property Practices. Ashley can frequently be found drafting and reviewing contracts and advocating for her clients in a court of law. When assisting the Business and Corporate Practice, Ashley focuses on corporate governance, shareholder agreements and disputes, and advising clients on the Illinois Biometric Information and Privacy Act. Prior to joining the Ziliak Law team, Ashley worked as in-house personnel in the telecommunications industry and a Law Clerk for the City of Chicago’s Building and Licensing Department.

Ashley earned her undergraduate degree at the University of Houston (Main Campus), and her JD from The John Marshall Law School with a Certificate in Intellectual Property. As a law student, Ashley gained experience by working in John Marshall Law School’s Trademark Clinic.

When not practicing law, Ashley enjoys video games, anime, cosplay, movies, broadway, and archery.
